At Lust Panda, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. While we take every step to ensure your satisfaction, due to the intimate nature of our products, some limitations apply to returns and refunds.
🛍️ Return Eligibility
Because we sell personal and adult-use products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
- Return is requested within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is provided (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
Note: Items that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used products
- Lingerie or wearable items (if tried on)
- Lubricants, condoms, oils, or any consumables
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
💰 Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after the return is received and inspected.
You’ll be notified by email once your return has been processed.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different item, please place a new order and follow the return process for the original one (if eligible).

Returns should be mailed (after approval) to our US return center — address provided via email.
🚚 Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service for safety
- We do not accept returns sent without prior approval

If a product arrives defective or doesn’t meet reasonable expectations, please contact us within 100 days. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a replacement, store credit, or refund — no judgment, no hassle.
